Strangerville Aspiration not showing up as an option

I downloaded the StrangerVille pack and I'm not being given the Strangerville aspiration? Please help.

I'm having the same issue. I have the paranoid trait, but not the aspiration. I deleted all mods and reloaded, still didn't help.

The aspiration is found under location.

    Yeah, but I don't have it.

    I'm trying to uninstall/reinstall now.
