stuck in an infinite loading screen

I've had the problem since yesterday evening that my game can't load. I installed and sorted my cc for 2 days after deleting everything (it was very messy). And now I just get to the main menu and then I'm stuck in an infinite loading screen.
I've tried a lot, but it doesn't work. I read through, watched videos, asked an online IT specialist and the EA customer service. Now I should introduce myself here.

    Choooiii  Try uninstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), using the Intensive scanning method if asked.  Restart your computer afterwards and before reinstalling the EA App.

    For your old save, what happens when you try to load it?  And what happens if you choose Load Game?  Can you get to the world view?  If so, what happens when you select an unplayed household?  And what about loading a lot in Build mode?  Please test all of this and list the results.

    Choooiii  The dxdiag does help, in that it shows a number of serious crashes of the graphics driver.  This alone could explain the issue you're seeing.  So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

    The driver issue needs to be addressed regardless.  But another common cause of infinite loading is trying to load a lot with traits or challenges, for example Off the Grid.  So if the lots you're using have any traits, please remove them in Build Mode and try again to load them.  You can use Load Game instead of Resume to go to the world map, and enter Build mode from there.

    Hello, I can now play the game, but I can't go back to my old save (it's 5 years old and my only one) and I can't go online anymore. Does that have anything to do with it?

    Choooiii  When you say you can't go online, do you mean your computer is offline, or the EA App is offline, or something else?

    For the old save, what happens when you try to load it?  Can you load a different household within this same save, for testing?  If so, does the main household have any lot traits or challenges?  Try removing those in Build mode.

    I can´t load it in general. And I mean the EA App won´t go online.

      Both problems are solved, but now my game won't save when I'm in build mode.
