sophie9109 Please repost your dxdiag here, for reference. I can see it in one of your other threads, but it would be easier if it were attached to this one where we're troubleshooting.
In the meantime, try playing with Norton disabled. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and you can reenable it when you've finished testing. I mention this because your dxdiag lists one Norton error, and this may be contributing to the issue.
Please also increase the size of your computer's page file. Here's how (option one):

Set the minimum to 12288 and the maximum to 16384, and restart.
Finally, please try to install the newest driver Intel provides for your processor and graphics chip:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
