Stuck on loading screen

I am stuck on my loading screen every time I open the game since yesterday. I'd click resume play and it will literally just will stay stuck on the loading screen for about 40 mins or so.

crashing
never cc or mods

    Mzlil_Bubbles​  Can you start a new save?  If so, can you choose Load Game, select your main save, and load into a different household?  Please test both just to see what happens.  If you can in fact load a different household in your main save, play those sims for a bit and then try to go back to your main one.
