Stuck on loading screens, infinite saves, ect

So I've tried to remove a lot of my mods, update the rest, delete cache, delete some saves, repair the game 5 times, installed better exceptions until it didn't falg me anything anymore, remove my lo...

You're not alone I have had a very similar experience and the game is becoming more unplayable every day it gets worse.
