Stuck on loading screens, infinite saves, ect

puzzlezaddict​  played a few hours with turbo off and been playing with turbo on and this game has been stable. no crash at LiveKernelEvent in Reliability Monitor. nothing in the Sims folder like LastCrash.txt , another word "it does what it's told"  the only thing i got was a 2 last exception 1 was for Sim leaving lot while waving and holding something and the other was for screenshot.. either way, game been running great.. now I've been testing mods like Mccc and ui cheats extension.. so think we solved it, well you solved it!! thank you!
