Stuck on loading screens

Ever since the most recent update I haven't been able to open any of my saved games, I can't make new ones, and the gallery won't open. I've been left with loading screens and plain white screens

What I have tried already: repaired my game, restarted my pc, cleared the cache, troubleshooted (no problems found), and my internet is fine

I don't know what else to try. It started last night after my game updated
