Missing pack

Hi! I hope you're having a great day. I purchased Island Living on Origins with my MacBook a few years ago but I have transferred recently to Windows and learned that Origins has shutdown. I have all of my packs except for that one. I have repaired it a few times but it still says that I have to purchase it over. I really hope there's a way to fix it because I don't want to buy the same pack over.
