Have a doctor at the top of her career but the surgery table is not working at all.
Task cancels at the start of an emergency treatment for a collapsed sim.
Treating triple treat isnt available.
Giving birth isnt available, action keeps cancelling after check in. Doctors leave!
No Mods.
Have all hospital items needed.
Have repaired game multiple times.

Not sure what you mean. Did that work or not ?
You can also try starting a new game, saving the whole hospital to your library and then just bulldoze the one in your game and replace from the library
Seems an old topic, but I'm having the same trouble rigth now - OP table can't be use☹️
Did you manage to find a solution for this?
Tried deleting and buying new table, tried loading hospital anew from the library - no luck at anything so far.

If you move the OP table to a different location / room - it's working , so seems the problem is not with an object but a location!
However still would like to get rid of this glitch, as I have an OP room, and don't want to move it every time in the hospital foyer as soon somebody needs operation...
