UI Glitch on Main Menu - no mods

Good evening,

When loading up my Sims 4, I noticed a UI glitch where my household name and money should be. I assumed it was my mods, so I went ahead and removed them. The glitch was still there. I then decided to repair my game to see if that did anything. The glitch was still there. I then uninstalled my Sims 4 entirely and reinstalled, hoping that would fix the problem, but alas. 

The glitch was still there. 

Currently, I do not have any mods in my game--this is all just vanilla Sims 4. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. 

I really don't know where to go from here, but I don't want to play my game with it bugged out. 

Can anyone provide some assistance?

    I have this same issue. I cannot even play a new game. I tried everything you have, the last thing I have read online is an anti-virus. So this is my next step. This issue only happened after the last update for deliveries. I can't even save my game options either.

    I want to include that I created an exception for my entire sims 4 folder within my Virus Protection, and that did not fix the issue. 

    Also, I own all the packs, so if anyone believes this is a pack specific issue, plz let me know!

    I'm having the same issue since I tried to play on Friday. I also have no game mods.
