mucatshi Error code 0x80000003 is a breakpoint error, which has two main causes: the game running out of memory and a bad graphics driver. An out-of-memory crash can be caused by an antivirus blocking the game, even Windows Defender's Controlled Folder Access, so please check Defender, which will probably be running now that you've disabled your other antivirus.
Other than that, I'd like to see the full dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

My sims folder is excluded from Windows Defender, i tried a clean boot, I tried the clean some stuff on the Terminal like i saw in this forum.
