Teen account - Sims 4 - worlds missing

hi I set up the teens account when notified by EA that the child account was switching to a teens account but now the worlds and expansion packs are missing. If I try to contact EA all i get is the bot.  Anyone know how to raise a case with them? or how to get the expansion packs back?
