Teenager not getting promoted in retail career
I have a male teenager that I gave the Connections trait and then joined the retail career track. He started at level 2 of the track and went to work for a few days using the "Work hard" option. When I saw that he had the green checkmark indicating promotion, I changed it back to "Work normal", and he was in a Happy mood. When he got home, he was still happy, but he didn't get a promotion! So the next day, I made him "Work hard" for the entire shift. When it was almost time to come home, I looked for the green checkmark again. Sure enough, it was there, but when he came home, the checkmark disappeared, and his work performance bumped down a few pixels.
He was very jealous of his aunt, who came home at the same time with a promotion in the Comedy career track. (Just kidding, he was still Happy.)
