Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level up a teen's skills and wait a few seconds and see if it all vanishes.
What happens when the bug occurs? The skills on my teen sims disappears.
What do you expect to see? My teens skills to remain after they gain them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

My teen's skills all disappeared after they grew up from children. They have gained new skills since they became teens and the entire list of skills disappeared. One of them have a vampire lore skill, and that seems to be the only one that remains. I have tested the game with no mods/cc and the problem still occurs. I've tried removing mods/cc, resetting my folder, reinstalling the game and deleting the cache files.
No, the skills that they've gained as teens were disappearing. They've gained charisma, comedy, fitness and vampire lore reading the books and it all disappeared saying they have no skills, but they were still gaining more but it wasn't showing up. After ignoring it, the game seemed to have fixed itself.
