Textures Breaking

I have no idea how to get in contact with a human being for tech support through ea. Their ai has no idea how to help me with my issue. I am having an issue with certain textures breaking in CAS and Build Mode (almost looks like broken CC). And, the textures that are breaking are mostly from Island living and some from High School Years. I have NO mods or Custom Content in my game, The game is completely fresh on an entirely new account and I have tried repairing the game multiple times as well as completely having it load in a new file. I would really appreciate an actual person that can help me with this lol.
