The disappearing Book Nook Kit, Reinstall/repair of EA App helped & question
Yesterday I bought The Book Nook Kit, and promptly encountered the issue of the newly purchased disappearing from the EA App. 😢
Thankfully, so far, I didn't appear to have encountered the duplicated purchase others have had to also deal with, on top of vanishing purchased packs.
The purpose of this post is to mention for me, reinstalling/repairing the EA App helped resolve the issue quickly, thankfully it ended up being a simple solution before having to do anything else. I hope by my mentioning my solution to the issue might help someone else who is/has also encountered the issue recently but has not yet figured out the steps to try. 😃

Also, while on the subject of packs/games in my EA App, I had a question.
Back when Origin became the EA App, I noticed that everything in my library is shown as being "Standard Edition" when not everything was standard Edition. I believe the only thing that should not be shown as Standard Edition is Sims Medieval, it was the "Limited Edition" copy that came with a few extra items...anyway I know this is not the Sims Medieval forum but since it is to do with the EA App in general, I will ask the question here anyway, would anyone know why the switch from Origin to the EA App changed the listed editions?
For Sims Medieval, the EA app will show "standard edition owned" for all versions of the game, included the Limited and Deluxe edition. However, your extra content for these editions is still available to you in-game.
If you find that your extra content from Limited Edition is no longer available, please let me know so we can look into that further!
