The disappearing Book Nook Kit, Reinstall/repair of EA App helped & question

Yesterday I bought The Book Nook Kit, and promptly encountered the issue of the newly purchased disappearing from the EA App. 😢 Thankfully, so far, I didn't appear to have encountered the duplicate...

    @Wholesome_Goth 

    For Sims Medieval, the EA app will show "standard edition owned" for all versions of the game, included the Limited and Deluxe edition. However, your extra content for these editions is still available to you in-game.

    If you find that your extra content from Limited Edition is no longer available, please let me know so we can look into that further!

Hey there @Wholesome_Goth 

If you check the Add-Ons section of Sims Medieval in your game library, are you seeing the extra content included with that edition listed there?

@EA_Solaire As far as I am aware there doesn't appear to be anything missing from in game, but I haven't played it in ages, so I can't say for certain.
