the gallery does not show up in the sims 4

help gallery doesnt show up in game

But I don't have an underage account! I have both origin and ea accounts. Please help!

on that same tab at the top it says "Online features access" there is a box that has to be checked for you to be able to get to the gallery.

I am the same as you. What should i do. I found no option for going online.

If you have an underage account (<14), then you have no access to the Gallery.

Do you have access to the Origin store through the Origin client ?

I'm not underage but it doesn't show up, and none of the options show up in the "other" part.

the same for me!!!! i got both of the correct accounts and it still does not work can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ITS DRIVING ME NUTS
