The game been crashing.

My game cannot play since the fairy DLC update. Sometimes, I can play the game. But about 3 mins, it **bleep** me out of the game. First, I thought it should be mod issue, so I move out all the mod and tray file. It still doesn't work. Then I try to remove all the game, EA app, and reinstall it. 

I try to play with clean, no mod, no CC, just the blank as it should be. And I still can't play. I even can't enter to the main UI.

What's the problems? Can someone could help me find out with it?

    GREENAIR0103​  I've merged your new post with your previous thread.  You can still put the EA App in offline mode (and also take your computer offline if you want).  Sometimes this doesn't work when there's a game update pending, but once you update, you should have the option to play offline again.

    For the issue itself, perhaps running the game only on the performance cores could help.  You can choose which cores a given process is allowed to use in the Task Manager's Details tab.  Right-click TS4_x64.exe and select Set affinity, then select the cores you want the game to use.  Your CPU has eight P cores, likely options 0 to 7, and sixteen E cores.

    You can experiment with different core configurations as well if you want.  Four cores is more than enough for the game, and in fact before DirectX 11 mode was introduced, it could only use four cores at all.
