GREENAIR0103 If you were playing in the new admin Windows account, and you made it local (not connected to your Microsoft account or any email address), then OneDrive wouldn't be able to interfere with the game or any of your data. So that wouldn't be the issue in the new account.
The error you've posted is not usually related to an antivirus, and antivirus programs usually stop the game from opening in the first place; they don't crash the game after letting it run for a while.
Have you overclocked your processor or graphics card? Or is there an app you use that overclocks the components for you? If so, please revert to stock speeds and try again to play.
If that's not the issue, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both graphics drivers, as described here:
https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.html
For now, use the newest drivers Asus provides for your laptop, which you can find here:

You can always update the Nvidia driver later, but try this one first.
The proper order of operations is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
