The game is starting but only shows black screen with a flashing mouse

So I just got the get famous pack everything installed just fine until an update came through now all it shows me is a black screen with a mouse cursor flashing if I click the windows button on my mouse the screen in the back appears but when I go back into the game it’s just a black screen with a flashing cursor I don’t know what is causing it to do that I even tried it on my old computer and it opened just fine and that computer is older and can’t really run the sims 4 as well as this one can is there anything I can do to fix it?

    If you have any mods move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file and fix game in Origin. If you don't have mods fix the game also.
    If the problem is not gone, the reason may be a weak graphics card or out-of-date drivers or some problem with Windows updates. . To check this, your DxDiag is needed.

    ok so here is the DxDiag for the computer giving me issues I'm moving my mods folder to the desktop at the moment but my computer also is about to restart for updates

    Update I updated the display driver still had the same issue but this time I was able to hold down the volume button on my keyboard to get to the main menu and change it from full screen to windowed full screen and that helped fix the issue
