The game loads slower than usual (Even Base game only)

I notice that after updating my game to 1.98.127.1030 When I launch the game, it takes 2 minutes to load. no matter what PC specs.

I tried to delete the "The Sims 4" folder, Fully uninstalled and cleanly reinstalled the game, and upgraded my PC, but the game still loads slower.

I own all DLCs included kits, and I uninstalled all of them, When I launch the game (Base game only) the game still loads slower.

all of my PC drivers are the latest update, nothing happened.

The game, OS, and Documents are installed on my SSD

Before 1.98.127.1030, The game takes less than 10 seconds to load (base game only)
