The gameplay area is unusable

I am unable to play the game. All icons that do load, just remain on the screen and lag/drag around when I try to move. The menu options work, but I cannot see any of the build/world to interact and ...

Hi callynriley 

  • have you tried repairing your game yet ?
  • Does it happen on any save game or just that particular one ?
  • Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
    • Press Windows-Key + R
    • Type: DxDiag
    • Click on Save all Information.
    • Attach the Text File to your post

Hello! I just repaired my game, and the issue is persisting. I tried opening the same save, and was actually able to view some of the build, but there was still a lag, and the graphics were terrible. Then I opened another save and got another blue/unusable screen. Also I uploaded a third screenshot from yesterday that showed more of the lag, and my DxDiag is attached! Thank you in advance!
