The Last Time I Spend Money On The Sims 4

The new life and death expansion was a great idea. The issue is it has been so glitchy that I can't even play the game. I use no mods or cheats, I've played this same character for months on end. When I was finally ready for it to become a ghost... it glitched when the reaper came and would not let her day. After trying ALL DAY I finally got her to become a ghost. Well, when it came time to rebirth my sim, it glitches out at the purple pond and time just rolls by. It doesn't take me to manage worlds to rebirth. I'm beyond frustrated. We spend our hard earned money on this game for it not to EVER work. On top of all of that, I decided that I would just hit the windows screen and window out in order to google to see if others were having the same issues, it would not allow that to happen. I can't even window out of the game. I'm beyond over this. I wish I had never spent the money for this expansion. Its just like usual, nobody actually listens to us and things continue to be broken. I can't even fully play the expansion that I purchased! Where i come from when you pay for something it should work or you should be entitled to a refund. I'm and so pissed off!
