LadyTaurus89 Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, please force the game to load in windowed mode. Open Options.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, search for fullscreen , and set it to 0 (zero). Then test again.
I tried the windows mod and it doesn’t work. I haven’t been in for 10 minutes to check if grim would pop up in the main save because he worked in the test save and it opened one second I went to buy a potion and now the inventory won’t open. I tried to open other panels and they won’t open anymore either I have to close AGAIN to get it to work.
