When I play The Sims 4 now, I turn on the build mode, but after leaving the build mode, there is a bug in the system. The option in live mode disappeared, so I had to leave the game or re-enter the archive to restore it.

If so, please try the suggestions there. If not, please post a screenshot of what you see, and remove your Mods folder anyway just in case that's the problem.
ive been having the same issue, and after i go into live mode everything on the bottom disappears as well i keep having to leave the game
