The Restaraunt waiter hire option won't show up and couldn't edit the uniform

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? open a restaurant hire waiters and changed the uniform.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't hire waiter anymore,because the waiter hire option disappear.And couldn't edit the uniform.
What do you expect to see? the waiter hire option show up and edit the uniform.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed the mod named " Additional Waiter 3, 4, and 5 (Up To 6 Waitersby rbarkah",after I removed the mod,i used the waiter_fix by the mod creater posted. but it won't work

I installed the mod named " Additional Waiter 3, 4, and 5 (Up To 6 Waitersby rbarkah" once,after I removed the mod, I can't hire waiter because the option was gone, and I can't edit the uniform anymore.I tried to use the waiter_fix by the mod creater posted. but it won't work.  I tried remove every files from the Electronic Art files, if use the game original set,the hire option will show up, but when I move the Save File back,it won't work still. And then,I find if I use the other family to open a restaraunt, it works fine ,but when I switch to my family,it still won't work.
