    @oposra  Your dxdiag flagged the Intel graphics driver as not WHQL (not digitally signed and approved my Microsoft), and that may be the immediate cause of the error you're seeing.  It may also be that this driver is more than a year old.

    However, this is only an issue at all because you've plugged your monitor into the motherboard, which means that the Intel integrated graphics chip is running the monitor and therefore doing all of the graphics processing.  Please plug the monitor into the 3060 instead.  This is a diagram I like to borrow from someone else, in case it helps:
