Loswen A dxdiag would be great, as would any relevant error report from the Reliability Monitor or Event Viewer. I haven't seen other reports of this that have been confirmed to be driver-related, although many users never come back after their initial post.
Have you tried version 25.6.1 yet? It was released June 5 and is WHQL; there's also an optional 25.6.2 version that you could try. I will say that if the newer version works with Sims 4, I doubt anyone would even look into the problem with 25.5.1, but if the newer drivers are also affected, that would be more concerning. And to be clear, I don't work for EA, but I do see what generally piques the attention of the team.
