The Sims 4 - stuck on Resuming Installation, 100%

Question

PLEASE HELP.. I DO NOT WANT TO RE-INSTALL THE GAME - MY LAPTOP IS SO SLOW WHEN DOWNLOADING GAMES!As of now, the resuming installation - &nbsp;100% has been stuck for about 20 minutes. I'm not sure what to do...&nbsp;My laptop went flat so it had gone off while I was doing something else, waiting for my Sims 4 to install, so I turned it back on and now it's stuck on resuming installation, 100%. Please reply to this, it has been downloading for about an hour and I really do not want to re-install the WHOLE game. ):HELP, PLEASE! I would really appreciate it!.&nbsp;😕mileysad:

See if this helps you:&nbsp;http://help.ea.com/en/article/backing-up-and-restoring-your-origin-games/

Also try restarting Origin, you should not need to redownload everything but I can't make any promises.
