the sims 4 blackscreened when i tried to travel

hello, so when i try to travel with my household in the sims 4 my game just blackscreened.

i tried to restart my laptop (PC) and then repair the game, however the same thing happened when i tried to travel again.

i don't know if this is a new bug or maybe if it's a problem my laptop is having.

any help is appreciated, thank you in advance

    @INUYASHA27  Your dxdiag lists a number of serious crashes of the graphics driver, and the driver itself is quite old.  So please install the newest-available driver from AMD, the Windows 10 64-bit one here:

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/a-series/a8-series-apu-for-laptops/a8-7410-with-radeon-r5-graphics.html

    Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.

    It is possible that HP software will block the installation, since the driver isn't provided directly by HP.  If that happens, let me know, and I'll write out how to get around it.  This driver is absolutely compatible with your processor and graphics chip; the problem is HP software being too restrictive.

    hi, i created a new save and when i travelled the screen didn't go black however when i tried to go into cas the same thing happend as in the other save.

    I run a DxDiag on my pc as you suggested, however i'm not an expert so i didn't understand much of what was written.

    I'm just hoping that this issue i'm having can be resolved but at this point i'm afraid it may be my pc that's getting to old.
