No my game doesn't have custom contents nor mod
Do you play on or offline ?

if the solution above you didnt work, which was in
,y case, it can be also in the Mods map
i listed in that map everything on : Arrange By Date modified
because it shows you when you dowloaded Mod files
the same day, last week or long time ago...
if Mods flie is open you see right above search Mods with
a spyingglass typ these files i mention in that
search bar... these file blocked my sims 4 to even
start it gives this code
