I just bought the Sims 4 Cats and Dogs expansion, I have successfully downloaded it but when I went to create a pet. The game glitched then proceed to turn white, I can still hear the music but I cannot see a thing. I also turned my PC off four times but the same thing has happened. I also don’t play with any mods or CC.
