Are you using any mods/cc in your game ? If so, please remove and try without
Mods and cc get outdated with patches and need updating.
I removed all mods and custom content, but I still continue to have issues. Whenever I go to create my pet, my computer says something about the Sims resolution is blocked or something like that, and then the screen goes Frozen and in order to stop that, I have to log off and restart the computer. I'm not sure what I should be doing.
