kg252016 I wouldn't normally expect this software to prevent Sims 4 from working, but if these errors are appearing when the game crashes, that would be highly suspicious. However, that could also be due to the software trying to report on or address the problem that's crashing the game, but the software is crashing too. It's difficult to say just from this information.
What you can do is kill anything related to Dell SupportAssist in the Task Manager before trying to play. (If the name is slightly different, that's fine, and to be honest, you could kill everything Dell-related and you'd likely not notice any ill effects.) Check the background processes list too. The app and related services will likely restart with Windows, but if they restart on their own before that, let me know. There are more intrusive ways to stop a service from running.
Please test the game without the app and related services running, and let me know both whether you can play and whether these same errors appear in the Reliability Monitor if and when the game crashes.
