Hello again, I scanned my computer with malwarebytes and this was the result (file attached).
I'm relatively surprised to have this many results as I scan my computer every couple of weeks with windows defender.
Also, the report is in french, I couldn't figure out how to change the default language, I hope it's not an issue.
Thank you
@agathe1312 It looks like everything Malwarebytes found is related to either BitTorrent or something called RiskWare, from System Requirements Lab. I don't know whether you installed and later uninstalled these programs, and Malwarebytes found leftover junk data; or you never wanted them in the first place, and they came with a bundle or some pop-up you inadvertently clicked. Regardless, I don't see any reason for further concern.
Now that you've done this, I would suggest running the repair install and again trying DISM. You don't actually need to run DISM or sfc after a successful repair install in terms of the health of your system, but it's a useful test to make sure the previous error has been resolved.
Once you've done that, try again to play, and if Sims 4 still doesn't work, please post a new dxdiag.
