bibliophile11 The site's issue has been addressed, so I can see what laptop you have and therefore which graphics driver you need. You can find it on the Dell download page for your model:

I don't see any sign of an Nvidia GPU, so you'll only need the Intel driver, dated November 10. There's also a newer BIOS version, which I would install first.
Once you've installed these and restarted, you can use this site to check for any other missing updates. Click This Device (above the list of drivers), enter your service tag, and let the site figure out what you need to install.
