The Sims 4 Fridge Bug

I have been experiencing this bug ever since I bought a bunch of expansion packs for Christmas. I made my sims go on a camping trip with my new Outdoor Retreat pack and during the camping trip after one of the sims cooked something I tried to make them take it out of the fridge because they were getting hungry and noticed the "Have a Quick Meal" option was gray, when hovering over it I got "There is no available fridge" I realized I could not cook or bake anything. So I tried taking out my mods, repairing the game through Origin, Deleting all tray and cache files, Switching households and lots, Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and even restarting my computer. All without success. The sims can still take the pre-made food out of the fridge and empty out the spoiled food, but cannot use the fridge to have a quick meal, bake and cook. I have resorted to using only grills because that's all that seems to work for food in my game now. It's starting to become very frustrating and I'm scared that one of my favourite households will perish because they did not own a grill. 🤐
