I uninstall and reinstall origin and the sims 4 game.

I also did the folowing:

  1. Make sure you meet the requirements
  2. Remove mods temporarily
  3. Check the installation integrity
  4. Update the display drivers
  5. Disable Origin In-Game
  6. Start the game in the windowed mode
  7. Start the game without saves
  8. Reinstall the game and Origin

  • @MorSV  There are several potential issues showing up in your hwinfo log, but two stand out.  The first is that the voltage on the 12V rail dropped significantly as the monitoring went on: it was as low as 11.52V.  What do you have for a power supply?  Please list the manufacturer, wattage, and rating, e.g. Corsair 750W 80+ Gold.  I take it you've never upgraded the PSU since you bought this computer?  It might be time for a new one.

The other major issue is that your graphics card is overheating, running up to 104º C and staying there.  This is despite the fact that its fan is operating at 100% and that the temperatures inside the case are well controlled.  In fact, even before you start to play, the GPU temperature is much higher than it should be while the card is idling.  Either the GPU fan is broken, or it's so clogged with dust that it can't do its job.  Before you play again, please clean the fan, then turn on your computer and make sure the fan is actually working.

    Hi,

I started the HWiNF program for 6 minutes.

After that I opened ORIGIN and started to play The SIMS 4 for about 3-5 minutes until it crashed.

Than I had to restart the computer (by the reset button) .

because of that I did not stop the  HWiNF program as you described .

    @MorSV

Please Zip the CVS file and load it up again.
Office online on Onedrive automatically converts the file into an xlsx file the log viewer can't read.

    OK. You found it!
The graphic card ventilator is stuck.
for now I removed the graphic card, and I'm using the Intel outlet.
In this situation I can play The sims 4 game with out crashing.
I will fix the graphic card in the next days and will try it again.
Thank you so much for all your support and patience.
