@h3ll0_299 Your dxdiag lists a number of Windows Defender crashes but no errors from Sims 4. Are you using a third-party antivirus, and if so, which one? Have you checked for updates? Defender shouldn't be timing out—it should disable itself in the presence of a third-party antivirus—but perhaps it's not detecting the other program, or perhaps it's having other issues that need to be addressed.
Please also update the driver for your graphics chip. The newest one from Intel is almost two years old, but your current one is from 2013. You can get the newest driver here:
You'll want the one dated April 14, 2021. Restart your computer after installing it and before trying to play.
If you get another crash, please look for a related error in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right. Look for an error with a timestamp that matches the newest Sims 4 crash, and if you see one, double-click its name, copy the info you see, and paste it here. I'm not sure whether this will provide any new information, but it's simple enough to check.
If you don't see a new error, please check back in an hour or so: the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update itself right away.
