The Sims 4 heavily lags after installing 2 new expansion packs?

I've been playing The Sims 4 since the day it was released. I have Outdoors, Spa Day, Get To Work, Romantic Garden, and the free Holiday Edition. I've never had a problem with the game lagging. Just ...

    I use a PC (Dell Inspiron Laptop). I have no idea what dxdiag means or how to find that out...
