I'm pretty sure that's a GMA X3000
Game's minimum requirements are GMA X4500
Other people have had X3100 and X3500 couldn't play this game either and I wasn't able to help them nor did I see anyone successfully get one to work (I don't visit that often at the minute though so I miss a lot too).
The 2009 drivers I believe are the problem. Those are the latest and there are non newer for the GMA X3xxx.
I have seen some really low end solutions with similar muscle play this game (albeit probably not very well), the difference is they had more recently driver support.
5 years is a very very long time... a lot of software rot going on. Also the GMA series is very old and wasn't very good at gaming even when it was brand new.
I'm sorry.
