You'll probably have to contact EA Support directly for product key issues.
Is the game showing up in your Origin account at all?- My sims 4 product key says it has already been used n just brougt my sim4 yesterday. I down loaded it n it is not showing at all in my games in origin.
You were able to download the game even though it's not showing in Origin?
I try to contact them but it takes so long.
Where did you buy the game ? Disc ? download key ?
SIMS $ don't have enough City. Not not as good as SIMS 2.
