The Sims 4 limited edition origin issue

Dear All,

Please help me. Last Feb. 15 I redeemed the product code of the Sims 4 limited edition (with disc) thru Origin using Mac. However, the Sims 4 for Mac is not yet available that time. When I checked back today to see if it is now available on My Games, I cannot see it and I have not received a confirmation email for redeeming the product code. Help!
