I have it too but with lots of stuff. The game was completely unplayable. No mods in the game. Walls have also changed colors and wallpapers in the house that I built.

@saramonster Please download today's patch. Then clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. Let me know if you still have issues after this.

Right before this new update, I found the guideline on clearing Origin's cache and it worked. Now I've updated the game with the Mods' folder empty and the gallery issue is again there. I've tried repairing, creating a new save file, clearing the cache without success. I don't know what to do anymore. Lately I've been spending more time trying to fix my game than actually playing ☹️
