The Sims 4 saves deleted from new computer

Hi, recently I got my pc repaired and they deleted apps, files, documents, EVERYTHING (even though it wasn't necessary). I have another older pc which still have earlier saves in, but they are from 5 months ago. I was unable to use my new pc about a month ago because of a problem (not game related). Now that I have this new pc back (with nothing inside, obviously...), I was wondering if there was a way for me to have my 4 months worth of save back. Even my Sims gallery, where I used to save everything, has 4 months worth of deletes, if that makes any sense...

(p.s.: I know this isn't a general question even though it is under that title...)

  • @Mochi_and_Jams  Saves are only stored locally, as in, on your computer, not on any EA\Origin servers.  However, if you ever used OneDrive, it may have synced your saves at some point.  You can sign into OneDrive on your computer or at onedrive.com.  If you find your saves, just move them back to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves, and they should show up again.

If you do sign into OneDrive, I'd recommend disabling it again when you're done.  It mostly just gets in the way, and there are easier ways to back up critical data.

If your files aren't in OneDrive, and you never created another backup, then you're unfortunately out of luck.
