reshiraem Your dxdiag lists two crashes of the graphics driver and various types of BSOD. I can't see what motherboard you have, but the place I'd start is with updating the BIOS if there's a newer version available. Your current version is 1641. Google "[board model] drivers" and find the Asus support page, and check for chipset driver updates while you're there.
For the graphics driver issue, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall, as described here:
I would try an older driver, either version 576.88 or 577.00, rather than the newest one. Nvidia drivers have had some issues over the past few months, but those two versions appeared to be stable. You can find older versions here:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
Choose Game Ready Driver as the Download Type to go back far enough.
If none of this helps, let the game crash again, then look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
