The Sims 4 Steam version won't start-EA App error

Hello,

When ı try to start The Sims 4 Steam version,EA App gives the following error:''The game could not be started due to an issue on our side.''

I have already tried the following steps:

Removed all mods

Tested TS4.exe files

Uninstalled and reinstalled EA App

Verified the integrity of the game files through Steam.However,the game still will not start and the error persist.Could you please help me resoive this issue?Thank you very much.
