The Sims 4 Stuck on "Launching Game.."

I'm here to discuss about my sims 4 cannot log in, Perhaps someone here can help me find a solution.

My game The Sims 4 is stuck on "launching game..."—it seems to be in an infinite loop. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, such as repairing the game, restarting the EA app, using app recovery, disabling the overlay, updating drivers, removing all my mods, performing a clean boot, and even reinstalling both the EA app and The Sims 4, yet the game remains stuck on "launching game." I checked the Windows Event Viewer and found that the "Ts4_x64.exe" file is hanging. The issue likely lies with "Ts4_x64.exe," but I do not know how to fix it. I am asking the EA Help team for a solution to this problem so that I can play The Sims 4 again.
