The sims 4 Voodoo

How come when a sim is effected by a voodoo doll it doesn't have the proper animation, example when you dunk it in water, the actual sim doesn't get upset, it just gets its mood changed, in one of their videos on youtube it showed proper anim, can someone pls help?😢

    Thanks for that link @bubblenugget10.

    I don't remember having seen that animation while using the voodoo doll in the final game. Keep in mind the video was a first look recorded over a year before the game was released. The game was still in development for a year after that, and things changed and improved. You can see, for example, that the background in Create a Sim is different.

    So I wouldn't worry about it, your voodoo doll seems to be working as it should 😉

    Hi @bubblenugget10,

    What you describe sounds like the usual behavior of the game. When you make a sim playful using the voodoo doll, their mood will change and they will laugh, but you won't see pink sparks around the sim, for example.

    Could you tell us which video have you seen, so maybe we can tell you if what you are seeing is normal?

    I´ve read Sims should be able to unbind a Sim from the doll, is that right?

    One of my Sims is mischief lvl 10 and can´t do it.
